Staff could work on being friendly for sure. The only one I feel comfortable going to is Marie. She is so sweet and seems to love her job. The rest of the staff can be very snappy.

Typically, I do not have a problem with this branch. However, the way the I was spoke to today is uncalled for. I didn't catch the woman's name who answered the phone, but she was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be going back to the branch and strictly use the Dunn office.

The staff makes you feel secure and they are warm, nice and kind, they try to help you in everything they can and that's what you want talking about your money. The facility is nice, clean and easy to move in, I love this bank!

Walked inside this branch today right after lunch, had what I thought a simple request, asked the lady at the counter if they had any half dollar rolls, she had to ask the other clerks if any was available and they responded as if it was a strange request, I admit it may be a little odd but can you think of another establishment that would have rolls of currency coins? So then I asked okay well if I could just get a couple rolls of dollar coins I'll be on my way, the lady reached out to me with 4 gold dollar coins in her hand and said this is all the dollar coins we have.... WHAT!!!??? I just don't know how to react to this I really don't

Would give a zero, if possible. Tried to cash a check that was drawn on a BB&T account. Not being a BB&T account holder, they required an $8 fee. Didn't cash it there. We are from out of state, but used to bank with BB&T and UCB before they changed over. A total of 27 years. Very disappointed that the bank has gone overboard with fees. May be legal, but seems unethical to me. They charge a fee to cash a check from their bank.
