I contacted Joe about applying for a mortgage. He never got back with me to give me the application. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he never responded. How ridiculously unprofessional.

Branch Branch & Trust (BB&T) is a complete joke of a bank. I will never do business with them again and I have honestly never met banking professionals who are more professional. Why would someone have the title Assistant VP when they have no idea what they are doing and have no idea how to perform talks a Head Teller, Customer Service Manager, or Personal Banker would do? The answer is that you shouldn’t be in that position!

Warning: If you have to set up auto pay for your mortgage do not try to pay the mortgage before the "late fee" date. BB&T will charge your account twice for the same month. It will then take up to 10 days to get your money back.
