Very unprofessional and inconsistent in their requirements. They told me I would need proof of address if my address differed from my ID (and gave a utility bill as an example, which I brought in the branch), but then said that the utility bill didn’t work to open an account. So I wasted 30 mins to an hour of my time walking there and back because they couldn’t get their facts straight.

Just relocated from Virginia and as Suntrust and BB&T have recently merged, I’ve been going to both locations (lobby) to conduct business. This location stated that since I was a Suntrust customer that I could not do in lobby business. They need to get on board with what the rest of the branches are doing.

I wanted to complain of the very poor service I received from the lender Feng Xu at BB&T (now Truist). I feel insulted from the conversation with her! I don't think anyone should use this lender, who is not professional or friendly. I may have asked off-wall questions. But I would really appreciate a response in a more professional and nicer way.

Tried to open an account online which didn't work. Came at open time listed and door locked, inside dark. Lost my business to competitor. If you are opening late, at least put up a sign.
