This branch is great. They all go out of their way to make sure my bank services are met. Especially during Covid, recently they noticed I missed signing something important and called me back to complete. They saved me time and worked through mask, gloves and all other people to get my attention in the parking lot. Thank you!

they have the worst customer service ever I went to make a deposit at my dads bank(he has been a customer for 40 years) and they ask me for the full account number or social and would not except his name or the last 4 of the account number and would not even look it up. I was so mad when I left this branch. No wonder why they have a voicemail that goes directly to their branch manager they are that bad. It is a security risk for someone to give me there account number and social for a deposit. no other bank does that. Update and of course the unprofessional manager never called back. if yo bank at this place please pull your money out and go to another bank

Terrible customer service. I went to cash a check and they told me that I needed to pull into the parking lot until my check was verified. I told them o have to go to work and couldn’t wait that long and I would like my check back and they told me they couldn’t because it was being processed. After waiting they called me and said they couldn’t process it anyway. A check that came from there bank they could t verify. I will never go to this suntrust again.

The staff at this Rosemont branch is terrific. They help their customers so well. I’m proud of my association with each staffer and manager. Highly recommend this bank branch.

Its is an old delapetated house,and reeks of pinesol mixed with old age home. Dingy furniture to sit on like old hotel furniture hand me downs. Service is as slow as slow can be which forces u to stand or sit with the foul pine sol scent. The north Bethesda one is 110% better my God. Thank God for mobile deposits as this place is deplorable!

If I could give this bank a NEGATIVE 5, I would. This is the worst bank I have ever stepped foot in. After submitting a business check, to cash, from one of their own clients, I was told there would be a $7.00 “fee” to cash that check. What the hell people ? I will NEVER use, recommend this bank or accept checks from Sun Trust. They will screw you without the courtesy of buying you dinner first. GO TO ANOTHER BANKING INSTITUTION !!!

We have banked at the Rosemont Avenue Branch of SunTrust since it became SunTrust. The managers and staff, and the financial adviser, have been excellent. Our experience both inside and in the drive-up has always been an excellent level of customer service.

Thanks to SunTrust my Christmas is ruined. Me and my girl have a joined account. All because I deposited two checks into my account they are holding the money to be reviewed. They are two payroll checks and they are holding them until the 25th. I haven't finished shopping for my family and now on Christmas day the pretty much have nothing to open. I half to look my family in the eyes on Christmas day and tell them how SunTrust ruined christmas

By far the worst suntrust branch in the area. They treat blacks and other minorities in a condescending manner. They hardly answer the phone and use caller ID to determine who's call to answer. My husband dropped off documents to patti but the following day Noone could locate them. After searching for 30 minutes then my husban mentioned that he left the documents with a white lady but couldn't recall her name. This is when patti decided to speak up and said " I dropped them on the table there". Really is this how suntrust handles confidential information? I followed up with them this morning but was immediately placed on hold, Roslin placed me on hold for 2 minutes then disconnected the call. I called back again assuming she disconected the call by accident but ofcourse noone answered my call which means that it was done intentionally. I later received a return call from Michelle 6 hours later but when I told her that she made changes to my account without my knowledge or consent I was placed on hold for 25 minutes. Then the call was forwarded to the central line and disconnected again. The lines are forever long at this location, noone moves with a sense of urgency. I plan to move my business to another institution where the employees understand that blacks and minorities are now educated and working class professionals. Treat everyone equally and with the same respect you would like as a customer!!!

All staff are kind and prompt. I love this bank. No problems at all. I recommend banking here.
