Darn, I use this branch because of convenience. With gas prices what they are I try to run errands in one swoop. Used the drive through yesterday wanting to make a simple deposit. There were FIVE employees that I could see and only one customer inside. I was the only one outside. I waited and waited and finally turned off my engine. After awhile an employee looked my way and asked if I was being helped. I said no, out of the five of you working no one bothered to even look my way until now.

It’s Saturday mmorning at 9:15 am. Outside of bank and they are not open! Website says they are open 9-12 on Saturday. Went to drive thru and it was closed as well. The drive thru had a sign posted that the bank was closed on weekend???? Great job of posting your hours.,.

Great people here, who do their best to help you. However, the place is chronically understaffed. They have a new teller system they recently installed, but only one teller working! I'd have to say avoid this branch until they let more tellers work. Again, wonderful staff, if only more could be here to help people. 20 minutes standing in line just isn't acceptable.

Pay no mind to the other reviews. Their new system is lightning fast. I wonder why people don't have a little bit of patience (it's a bank). Unfortunately many companies are understaffed but they certainly made up for any shortcoming with their smiling faces and helpful attitude. Grateful I have a savings account here.

I ordered a new card exactly a month ago and have yet to receive it! They have put my current card on a block and they want me to go in to get a temporary card because they can not take off the block. No one told me my card would be blocked and mind you I am in quarantine, so I would have to go out of my way to get a temporary card until I receive a card I ordered ONE MONTH ago! The 1-800 number told me to actually go to the bank and you wonder why Covid keeps spreading

The teller has zero common courtesy in the drive thru. I'm a new customer and was not going to post a review. But for the 3rd time we've buzzed them only to sit for long periods of times without being acknowledged. On top of that, their online systems are totally convoluted, NOT user friendly - endless waste of time during setup. I've made 3 trips just to fix things. With that said, Steven is a Great banker. He would do better working for a company who backs him up with proper training for their associates and better systems. I was with this bank in 2014 with similar issues. They told me back then that things were being worked on and change was coming. 6 Years later, here we are... I'm not a bad review "regular" . Look at my other reviews a majority are good reviews. But this is ridiculous.

I just got off the phone with a gentleman named Justin and the service was amazing!! I was off the phone in minutes and my business was concluded. He stopped someone from taking money out of my account after I had been tricked into it and also waived my fee!! Thank you Justine!!!

I have banked here for 5 years now, I’ve had multiple problems at this specific location, wrong deposit amounts, they literally withdrew cash from my account and gave it to someone else because they didn’t close my account when working with another customer, and today put the nail in the coffin. the manager Robert Hash was extremely rude to me because of an accident in the parking, accidents happen that’s why there called accident, but that’s doesnt give you the right not to conduct yourself as the bank manager still and respect the customers. So I will be closing my account here because I will not be disrespected somewhere that I do a lot of business with and trust with my finances. It’s unfortunate that this specific branch will be the reason I no longer do business with SunTrust, and I highly recommend if you bank with SunTrust to avoid this location, because it gives a bad reputation for the rest of the SunTrust bank locations.

To anyone considering doing business with this location let me give you valuable time saving advice. DONT! The bank manager ROBERT HASH, has to be one of the nastiest, rudest men/ bankers managers I have ever had the displeasure to meet. He has no control over his tone, word choice or actions when things go wrong. I watched how he treated a gentleman who had a fender bender in the parking lot at this bank. He was rude and nasty to that poor guy who was just trying to make things right. Accidents happen, if you dont want that to be your "Monday problem" get an uber to work or buy better insurance for your "amazing POS car.". How someone that nasty and rude is in charge of that bank astounds me. I will not be doing any more business at this location or any other SunTrust. .this man truly does not deserve the title of bank manager or his POS car, if he doesnt know how to be a professional. The guy who hit your tail light didnt do it on purpose.... and no worries I'm not the only witness to your bad attitude and management skills. Good luck in life buddy your gonna need it more than the other driver. ( in conclusion if you need a summary .... ROBERT HASH is a horrible bank manager and from what I witnessed, a bad person as well)
