Truist Crossings E, Peachtree City

Drove to this location wasn't even there any more. Drive to next branch they charge me $8 to cash a check with their name on it. I would have surely thought after just explaining to them about the issue with the other place not being there they would wave any service fee. True definition of bank robbery😔

After years of great service, bb&t Truist is now the worse bank in the state. They close my branch after the merger with Suntrust and took my belongings out of my safety deposit box. I have been trying to get my valuables for over 6 months. I have made multiple attempts. The corporate office tells me to go to any branch. I go to a branch and they have no idea how to help. I have left my phone number with the branch manager and never get a call back. I have tried online chats, emails, phones calls nothing works. They have stolen item of extreme value and refuse to give them back. What ever you do, don’t bank at Truist.

I went to this branch at 1100am today and no one was at the location and the drive thru was closed despite saying they open. How hard is it for businesses to keep their hours current in Google.

I've been with BB&T a short time. My mom set up my account years ago. They are always friendly & professional. They explained several issues I've had so that I could understand where the mistakes were made by other financial institutions. They have been very good to me.

Been banking with BB &T since 1986 (it was Newnan Federal then). Never had a problem- never treated with anything but respect. Could be because I've never asked to cash a suspicious check or bend bank rules.

Horrible. Charged 1% Zelle transfer fee without any warning or confirmation and does not respond quickly to rectify. Waiting close to 2 weeks for response and still out several hundred $’s in fees in which I did not agree to. Wish I would have read other reviews first. I hardly ever do reviews. This bank is horrible. Bank anywhere else.

This was a wonderful bank - until the merger with SunTrust got under way. Now half the time you go there it’s randomly closed. Recommend you avoid this “bank” unless you enjoy driving around looking for an open branch.

Lobby closed. Other BBT banks in Atlanta have walk in service for tellers. So, got in drive through. Waited in line 20 minutes and didn't move. Tried calling since this was a business account needing to deposit. Put on hold. Never came back on the phone. Had to leave without being able to deposit. Not a happy customer.

I have been with BB&T since 1993, my family has been banking here since 1973, this was when the bank was called Newnan Savings Bank. Today, I called this location due to the long wait time (over 30 minutes) on BB&T's 1-800 number. A person named Brandi answered the phone, after explaining my situation without any hostility towards her, she hung up on me! Rather than trying to help in any way at all. This is the last straw! I've been a number of issues with this bank over the years, I've been patient and way more understanding than I should've been. I'm cutting all ties with BB&T!

I went to handle a simple Banking situation and the a lady by the name of Renea was really rood and loud I was surprise, usually Ms Carol and the other ladies are so sweet and kind. I left and the Fayetteville Staff was able too help us.
