I hope BB&T/Truist realizes what an asset they have in Regina. Her patient professionalism made my daughter's and my recent visit to the Montclair branch something to remember. The staff at this BB&T branch is the best. PERIOD!!!! Mr. Smith and Mrs. Long run a tight ship. Much better than Wells Fargo, Regions, BBVA, 1st Commercial, Bank of America, etc.

No one was in line an I was waiting for about 20 minutes for no reason.

Dont walk RUN! This branch is horrible. I opened an account online but went by the branch to make a deposit. The manager, Petra, she can't find the info. Poorly informed. Never tried to help. Guess I'll keep my $35k deposit. On the other hand, the 800 number was easy as pie.
