Truist W 49th St, Hialeah

This branch only has one employee cashing checks and handling the drive-thru with more than 15 customers waiting.

I made a wire transfer for $5000 and they sent it twice. Not the first mistake they did. This was done at 49th st Hialeah. Incompetent people!!!!

Costumer service sucks in this Brand, Ileana was the representative that assisted me for a personal loan and told me that in two days she will calle me to answer my request, after spending more than a week and half, I located the Bank's phone on the internet because she never gave me her business's card , when I call the first time at 4:30 pm I was informed that he had already left and the bank closed at 5 pm I had to call the next day because only Iliana could answer my request, the next day Ileana told me that I need bring to the Bank preseveral documents to process my application.It really is a lack of respect, because I told her, that I was in a hurry. it is clear that my case was never followed up. .It is a shame for BB & T because they have lost a client and all my friends and family will recommend that they never come to this institution that does not take care at all for customer satisfaction.

The service and staff It always give me an acceptable service, but this one need to be improve and modernize in many ways, and start to open 7 days a week

This place was good until the merge. The bank has my check on hold for no reason for over 2 weeks. You call the branch and no response, no call back. They say they will call you back and nothing. You call the main number, the same thing.

Closed for no good reason. There's no reason why the drive thru should be closed. They had a sign saying there was another branch that was open. A half hour drive of wasted time because that branch was closed as well. I should receive compensation for time wasted.

This bank use to have good service . Now the service suck .we were at drive thru for 40 min when we get there the teller tell us she can't take cash cause the machine is broken .so I wasted all my time here for nothing.

DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH BB&T

How can a banking institution have one person to help all customers on a Monday at 11 am !? We tried to open a checking account and we literally spent 2:15 minutes waiting for someone to help us because on Monday they have the luxury of not having staff!
