Truist Oberlin Rd, Raleigh

I’m new to the area & this Truist is closer than any other so I come here often. The times I do have to go inside, I’m ALWAYS greeted. Sekhar helped me today doing multiple things & it was a success. There might be a wait sometimes but other than the wait, they are welcoming & helpful.

I needed advice on transferring BB&T stock. I left a message on two successive days requesting that an associate at this branch call me. On the third day, receiving no reply, I went in person to the bank, but was told that the associate was busy in a meeting with another client. Quietly fuming, I left a written call-back note with my number. That was at 3pm. It’s now three hours later and the bank is closed. And still no reply! I’ve had it with these people.

This is the 2nd time I have received poor customer service at this location. I waited 15 mins while the loan officer/branch banker ignored me to continue a CLEARLY personal phone call. I got up and left never to return again. This was just down the street from where I worked and only had a 30m lunch.

Terrible customer service. The woman I spoke with had an attitude from the moment she answered the phone. The last thing she said to me was to call the 800 number on the back of my card and she hung up. Awful.

Awful customer service. Rude and not helpful. Hopefully when I go back to complain in person I'll get a name to post here as well

The teller that I was working with was incredibly rude to me, even calling out "HAVE A NICE DAY" in front of others waiting in line and staff as I was leaving. I will not be going to this location again. Thank you, Gwendolyn.

HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! If you need a money order you can NOT get it through drive through because the lobby is open. They have no signs out there telling you that so while you sit in a long drive through line for them to tell you that you have to come in. Because it's NOT a simple transaction. 🤔🙄They are rude and needs to be reported !

The teller Diana is completely rude it's a long line and she keeps helping the drive threw and it's only 2 cars in line then when she finally helps someone after a customer ask is she open bad experience at this bb&t

BB&T is the best bank I've ever done business with. I used them in South and North Carolina and their slogan of "relationship banking" is true.
