Truist Davis Dr, Sterling

The website said open till 7 PM when to get there it said close at 3 PM. I go there at 10 am to make cash deposit on October 4th the lady said I am doing 3 days ago deposit I can’t do your deposit comeback later or you can go to other branch? What kind service is this? I am a bank customer.

the new manager there, luis soto or toto or whatever his name is has the worst customer service I have come across. thanks to him, I will never back to that suntrust location when he is there. the way he speaks to clients like he’s above everyone else is crazy. why on earth did they hire this little man?? I hope he’s gone asap! I can tell how he micromanages the tellers and is constantly standing behind them like a bodyguard.

They have amazing customer service, are kind and understanding. I was helped by a rep named Rodrigo. He was accommodating, efficient, and patient.

Service above & beyond the call! Rocky & his colleagues at the SunTrrust Branch located inside the Safeway on Sterling Boulevard really came through for our family business and all of our employees. While every other branch in the area was closed due to the snow, I called and found that they were open, but closing early. I spoke to Rocky the manager, and he was kind enough to stay open long enough for my father and I to get there, in the snow and make a deposit to cover our payroll. Thanks to their kindness, all 25 of our employees will get their pay checks on time. Truly personal & caring banking. Thank you.

I visited this branch for the first time yesterday. Ashley and Kim helped me and were wonderful!! They are doing a great job and deserve to be recognized :)

Wish they can improve their customer service by reducing wait times, especially with customers who come for Notary!

Manager at that branch is unstable and rude.
