Truist Cobb Pkwy, Acworth

I have been irritated with Truist for months. Finally opened an account somewhere else. I have asked the same question to about 3 people and gotten different information each time. The only helpful person as this location is Bryan. He was extremely nice, full of useful information, and acted like he actually wanted to help unlike the rest of the staff. He is also the only one that really knew what he was talking about. Deserves a raise.

Horrible customer service! Took me 45 minutes to make a withdrawal. Teller acted as though I was putting her out for making the request. Never once communicated to me regarding the delay but was annoyed the 2x that I pressed the call button. NEVER experience this from BB&T!

Tellers are yacking away won’t notarize my form as they are too busy. Managers all hiding in their offices and I sit and wait.

I went to this location for the first time and it was not a positive visit. The lady I spoke with had an abrasive attitude. I believe her name was Marta or something like that. She kept cutting me off every time I spoke, she talked to me as if I were a child and then just just had to tell me her resume about how she’s been doing banking for 8+ years and she knows what she’s doing and that she couldn’t help me. She didn’t seem as if she wanted to help me in the first place. I’ll just stick with my normal Suntrust from now on.

Emanuel and Tia are angels on Earth and deserve a million dollar raise! Today they both helped turned what could've been devastation into one of the brightest parts of my week. If everyone in customer service was like those two the world would be a better place. They went above & beyond to help me even though it was only me who caused the initial problem & no fault of SunTrust. Emanuel reassured me the whole way & made me feel like I mattered when I was feeling very stupid for my error! Thanks SunTrust for employing these two lovely souls!!!!

The split deposit I have made every week for 20+ years just got refused in the drive thru. With their “system” they have to “cash” a check before depositing to the checking and money market account. It’s a check drawn on them, going into accounts at their branch and no money changes hands. The Brookstone branch does it no problem. Since Emanuel left, this branch is horrible! If it wasn’t for Brookstone, I would no longer bank with Truist.

I went to simply deposit money into an account and the banker had the worst attitude and just an unnecessary attitude......Horrible Service. Avoid this branch at all costs

consistently a less than positive experience. moved to area 2 years ago and closest branch to me. long time account holder, and will go out of my way not to visit this particular branch. last visit the teller at first refused to cash a check from my mortgage company that was an escrow refund because i had a business account and not a personal one. never had this kind of rude treatment at any other branch. she ended up cashing it for me after talking with her manager, but ridiculous treatment to an account holder. another recent visit while standing in line to make deposit another lady said to me that "the tellers have to take lunch sometime" after waiting 10 minutes and asking why they only had one teller working at the time. i did call her out for her rudeness, she could have just apologized for the extended wait that day in my opinion.

Terrible customer service.....took 2 hours to open a checking account. And then they put my first 2 deposits on hold for over a week. So first they make it extremely difficult to open an account and then they keep MY money for 10 days! No thanks! I had the account for 10 days and then closed it.

Do not bank here. I went to cash a cashier check, that was written under there bank, and they want to charge $7.00 Just to cash it. It was written under there bank. Terrible policy. The manager Tia Campbell came out to speak with me, and was no help, and had an attitude. I will definitely never bank with Suntrust!!!
