Truist S Tamiami Trl, Fort Myers

I have done business with this bank for over 30 years. They are helpful, understanding and always have great customer service. It's easy to find and easy to park. I really don't understand why they have any bad reviews unless those people happen to hit on payday. I have never had to wait for any length of time and everyone always friendly.

This bank needs more employees. There is no reason why we should be sitting in the drive through for 13 minutes. Had to get our check back because we are late with an appointment. BB&T needs to work on their poor customer service.

Horrible branch! Customer service is less than subpar. It’s no wonder there’s never any cars here other than the employees. Stay far away.. There are other locations nearby, just drive the extra few minutes and save yourself from the attitude.

I only come to this BB&T for the simple fact they are always friendly, Melinda Ward is awesome and always a pleasure to deal with.

I am a recent member of this bank and I have found it to be very co-operative with any questions, or assistance I require. The Staff is very pleasant and more than willing to help in any way they can. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone, anytime.

Such bad customer service. The line is never long but the wait is always horrendous. Tellers act as if it pains pains them to do their job. Only entrance is from the side street wgich isn't very convenient. Has quite a bit of parking.

Thanks for charging me an extra $1.50 withdrawal fee on top the $3.00 withdrawal fee your atm actually tells you that you’ll be charged .
