Truist Hwy, Covington

Nice workers inside but that won't cut it for me. I won't bank here anymore after finding new bank. After closing the regular bb&t I faithful used its now a horrible experience. Limited small parking lot for all their customers. Note: Don't go the on the 1st or 3rd month.

They're gonna lose a lot of business/ customers. Ever since they closed down the other BB&T Clarke st merged to Truist it's been a pain. 1 truist bank for entire city. People in line all the way to the parking lot, arrows only go one way. don't go through there with a trailer. I had to drive in the grass over the curve to get out of there. 3 rows of vehicles waiting all the way to the other businesses parking lot. It doesn't make any sense. I waited 45 mins to use the ATM other week.

Goodbye to BB&T. I won't use this bank any longer. I have only heard "I don't know" or "We don't" from the employees. The fantastic BBT customer service vanished overnight. Closing most branches has created a parking lot nightmare to this and the other two branches I tried. I don't have the patience...no one could! Ridiculous.

This branch has horrible drive thru wait times, and they don't care! Will soon move to another bank after 38 years with SunTrust!

Logistically this is a terrible location. Limited parking, hard to get thru the atm line, and lines for the drive thru back up into the main highway. Just terrible.

The worst banking experience I had ever had. I opened an account online the next day the account was closed without notification. I had already setup direct deposit and requested a bank transfer to fund the account. I been back an fourth to the branch after having pointless conversations with the customer service department. I provided all my documents in person and still cannot access my account. I requested they just keep it closed and release my funds and was told the account has to be reopened in order for that to happen. The wait time at this location is always longer than necessary. The level of professionalism I am use to is not available from I have experienced this far. I will never understand how or why companies are so bad at returning the consumers money when they make a mistake.

Horrible exp. I'm changing banks. One Truist in entire city Covington. Waited in line for an Hr to use ATM. Two lines of cars waiting all the way to buiesness next door. I counted 20 customers waiting in line outside. The lady inside said we'll we've got more workers now. That doesn't excuse the mess of a parking lot and very little room for all they're customers.

Not even just this location, but all Truist locations are horrible. Long lines, waiting close to an hour. Every since the merge…. This has to be the worst bank ever. Bb&t was great!

Very unsatisfied. Dangerous parking lot bad location. They'd been better off keeping old location open in square closing this one. Clearly see it's not about the customers anymore.

The staff at this location are incredible. I’ve never had a single problem with them and I genuinely enjoy talking with them. However, in recent months they built a Aspen dental IN THE PARKING LOT of this BBT. When I say the drive thru is absolute CHAOS, it is so awful that it has caused me to write this review. Like I said, the staff is amazing, but the bank itself is such an inconvenience that you’re better off going to the one on the square. I was there for over 45 minutes because there is no space for the drive thru so people in the drive thru block people parked in spaces and the building for aspen dental is so close, the people in the drive thru are trapped in line until the line moves. VERY FRUSTRATING
