Horribly slow. The branch seems understaffed all the time. Wait times to get to a teller are extremely inconvenient and I’ve seen ppl just give up and leave rather than wait. Management needs to understand the needs of the branch and be proactive in making sure they’re properly staffed

I have been client for 10 years with multiple businesses accounts. People working there are nice, but systems and services are extremely dated and poor. In past year I had transactions declined without notification. (For business that’s seriously bad) I had to wait way too long for checks to clear. Credit card benefits are tiny compared to Capital One , Chase or PNC. Opening hours are limited. Their online banking is dated. Their app has advertisements!!!! Seriously?!? And now with their merge...I’m done. Good bye

My brother recently passed, and I went to this bank to set up an estate account, since bb&t was where he banked. They said the computer destroyed the documents sent to AOO for approval. again, I scanned and emailed the documents to teller who was unresponsive to my requests for confirmation of receipt. Got a meeting scheduled for Saturday since that was a better day for HER, and she didn't come to work. Extremely poor customer service. Taking my business elsewhere.

They staff is polite but the branch is always busy therefore making it difficult for the staff to keep up with good service and the drive through assistance reflects very poorly

Came to open a checking account today and was told to go home 2 times because I looked Chinese. The 2 HIspanic women that came in well and way after me were never told go home and got service with a personal banker. I came in at 4:20, not 4:55 and according to them, it was too late. I will write in more details but my in-law is an attorney and he told me I may get a case here. My hometown is CLT and I want to support my hometown bank but this was such a tragic experience.

This is one of the Worst bank ever, i opened a checking account and had almost $500 in overdraft fees in 3 months because the AT failure. The ATM is outside and rain/snow cause failure, i reported this ATM issue 5 times in 2 months but it gets broken again and again, this will cause you overdraft fees, since the cut-off is 6pm (Ridiculous when other banks is until 9pm). From almost $500 in fees they refunded $100, because their system does not allow to offer more than 2 overdraft fees in 1 year. I escalated this issue with the manager, she send a claim to the corporate office and the claim was danied, because they no offer refunds for ATM failures. Stay away from this bank, you no need the hurry of positing before 6pm, which is the traffic hour, when another banks offer atm deposits until 9pm. Also customer service is terrible, they try to be nice but they don-t really care the customers, and if you call customer service, be willing to wait 1 hour on the phone. I opened an account in the local safeway store, they open late and is much convenient for me to make deposits until 9pm, very happy with the switch.

Customer service is very poor, they spend hours with one customer while others waiting on the line.
