Truist Hamilton St, Allentown

30 mins waiting in the drive up. Only two cars when I drove up. This branch is horrible . Always out of temp cards . The service is un professional , a bunch of workers just focused on talking. Everyone hates their job at this branch and they don’t hide it

Great service but good luck attempting to leave their parking lot, I got stuck behind some people that might be using the drive thru for a long while.

Worst bank I’ve ever been to, absolutely zero staff on hand to help customers, waited literally almost 2 hours without any acknowledgement of my presence. Will recommend no one try to do business here

I would give it zero stars, poor customer service, waited 20 mins to open an account noone greeted us, finally ended up leaving without even talking to any employee...

Went inside and waited to be seen .Just to open account and No one greeted us. Poor customer service. After sitting waiting for twenty minutes. We walked out.

I wish I could give them no stars. Don’t bother trying to call them after 4pm (even though they close at 5pm) they will just not answer. These large corporation banks are all the same. I plan on closing my accounts with them.

Their service is ridiculous, you have workers standing around, talking instead of heloing customers, workers have their break room door open where they just stare at you even though theres a huge line of people! This place needs better management or NEW workers! So unprofessional to have people waiting for them, as if we dont have somewhere else to be.

Cash advance machine is down around 90% of the time and wait times are too long.
