Truist Boulevard Cir, Owings Mills

We needed a notary public on short notice and the person who assisted us this morning in Owings Mills (unfortunately I don't remember her name) was very helpful, thorough, and pleasant even though we had many documents that needed notarization through the drive through window. We would like to commend her on her excellent customer service. Thank you!

I was the only car in the drive through, there was one person in the lobby, and I see the employees walking past the window as if I was not there. So I decide to walk in. Still no help. Took over 10 minutes to deposit 1 check.

Stopped by trying to get $20 in change. Was told they could not give change because I was not a client of BB&t.

I am at this location about once a month and every time, there is either 1 or 2 people in line and only 1 working teller, the rest of the staff is either sitting around or walking around saying "hi, welcome to BB&T". The line usually doubles in size until one of the walking (pretend busy) tellers finally gets around to work with customers. Absolutely horrible location.

Myself and another car was in the drive through forever when we were the only cars there. .. maybe have someone working the window at all times and someone working the desk. Will not go Back to this location . I’ve had isseues Like this before here.

Customer service needs improving,some of the tellers are are not good front line employees.

Great service and a wonderful staff.
