Changed names Still Slow as Hell These people are the worst. When they shared two names the bank tellers would only take you if you went to their bank? Um same bank? Now they have one name and are slower than before. I know I have plenty of time to sit here and do this while waiting. These people are the worst!

Allison Price seriously needs a class in Customer Service. She has no compassion or empathy at all. I have been a client with BB&T for 22 years and have never been treated so awful, on numerous occasions.

Not a review for the location in particular but a review for the bank itself. had money in my account earlier yesterday called my card to check balance multiple times and went from 70 in checking and 128 in savings went to go to super after work called card and now it's negative 70 checking and negative 128 savings I did not touch the card. I didn't use any money and it magically disappeared seriously considering finding another bank this is so uncalled for. I have a newborn baby and because of incompetence fromthe bank I can't afford to get him anything rust he needs. can't even afford to get to work. This is not the first time money has disappeared from my account either but I figured thar after I got a new card the problems would stop. going to call them when the bank opens if the money isn't replaced I I WILL NOT BE USING THEM ANYMORE I would give a NEGATIVE star if I could because this is just ridiculous

Slowest bank I’ve ever been to. Was going to open an account but I will go elsewhere. If they spent the same amount of time as they did joking and chatting with each other then there wouldn’t be a line around the building or having me waiting in the lobby while they finished gossiping.

Not sure what half of these mouth breathers problem’s are with BB&T in Lenoir, but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. These seem like a lot of fake reviews directed at one person. Bottom line, great bank, friendly, knowledgeable employees, would highly recommend. Don’t let the other “spam reviews” deter you, it’s been my bank for over 10 years.

Jacob Simms, try calling to talk to a real live customer service rep. Your rating might change. Nigh onto impossible. They want you to solve your problems by punching in numbers. REAL PERSONAL

I've been waiting for in the drive thru for half an hour. It's absolutely ridiculous. Since they combined with suntrust, they are so overwhelmed. The tellers are beyond busy and running their behinds off but the wait is still crazy long and not their fault. Suntrust/bb&t need to get it together.

Can't say I am very impressed with Bb&T. Talked with someone about setting up accounts. First of all they kept us waiting past our appointment time. Then when we got in they acted like they could care less if we set up an account or not. No wonder banks are closing and more people are going to online banks. If they don't want my business that is okay. I will find somebody that does.
