Sharon saved the day! I travel for work and forgot my wallet at home. Sharon stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. After vigorously confirming my identity which I appreciate, Sharon was able to give me a cash withdrawal. Without her help I would of be stranded on the side of the road with an empty gas tank. I've used this branch many times. Use the branch just down the street on 113. Edit, 113 branch closed. I avoid this branch because of a particular employee that picks on me when I don't have all my documentation... I don't feel comfortable carrying my account number. I literally drive 25 min out of my way to avoid this branch.

BB&T used to be a bank who knew you and would help you, however this branch has the “no can do” protocol which will lead me to find a more personal customer friendly bank, not BB&T.
