Truist N Orlando Ave, Maitland

I'm a somewhat regular customer from New Smyrna Beach. No problems EVER at my local Coronado branch. Unfortunately just about every single time I go to the Maitland Truist my experience is BAD!! NEVER FAILS!!

I wish I could give this location no stars first they never answered the phone such a disorganized location no customer manors or service at all horrible location worst bank I seen in years I had sun trust for a long time Truist is just the worst they don’t care about the customers at all horrible horrible experience in this location and overall bank.

Fire the management at the branches. So disorganized and non committleal with questions..

Horrible for Commercial Business. They treat you like you have the plague. Commercial drive thru has taken 45 minutes. And, they are rude especially the pregnant lady. Thank goodness for the Winter Park branch. They are so nice and you are in and out in minutes.

Always friendly staff! Sometimes the wait is longer than expected but never a problem with the service! Love this bank and its people!

They don't answer the phone, just send me to automatic system. I am literally just trying to see if they are open before I drive there. The nearest location is temporarily closed and number is out of service. Then this location won't pick up

I always have good experience at this branch. I was there a week ago on a Saturday morning. Carmen helped us with an issue on our business account. She went above and beyond and we got our solutions quickly !

I hate this bank they make me pay fees for everything, I had to go to the bank couple of times before my card wasn't working! They had to verify my identity and they couldn't do it through the phone so I had to go to the bank again in two occasions and I just opened the account less than a year ago and a lotof bad thing have happened! Now I'm trying to close it!! Hope they don't make me pay more!

German Pagani is your clerk After a nightmare at the Altamonte Springs Crossings location, where people work since 30 years and mess up my accounts totally ... we ended up very frustrated today at the Maitland location. Honestly we where ready to cancel our business account. But - German was super helpful. He fixed all issues and those where a few. He was super patient, wrote emails and printed all needed documents. As well he stayed on the hotline forever to get our problem fixed. I can highly recommend him,...

Bad banking staff at this location. I came to this branch to open a business account since I have other accounts and my account wasn't set up correctly. My new account didn't link to my other and I went to this branch twice to have this issue fixed and no assistance. I won't return to this location for any other assistance.
