While they may be slow processing transactions at least they do it RIGHT. Unlike community trust who's teller stole an entire paycheck & the bank refused to make it right, gave us a receipt showing we made a deposit but then the $ never made it into the acct., deposits checks when we asked for them to be cashed. Idk what happened to community trust they used to be great i had banked with them my whole adult life but after the theft of an entire paycheck I switched to BB&T & am very happy with their service.

Very rude and ugly tellers here! Not willing to even try and come up with a solution to their customers problem! I deal with Comcheks on a weekly basis. Apparently, the teller here had no clue as to what she was doing. She gave me a bogus explanation and thought she fed me a lie. I knew she was an out right lier! She hasn't a clue that I deal with Comcheks weekly, so I knew she was an out right lier. She just didn't want to try and figure out a solution. She was very rude! Me being the better person, I did not call her out on her lies. I simply asked for my belongings back so I could leave. Both BB&T banks give horrible customer service! Someone needs to "clean house", and get rid of these rude tellers working there! After getting bad service from both branches in Pikeville, I seriously considered closing my account. Thankfully, BB&T has their other branch in Cumberland where you ALWAYS get greeted with a warm smile and if you ever have a problem occur everyone that works at the Cumberland Branch, goes out of their way to find a solution. Pikeville branches are absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Wish I could give both Pikeville branches less than a one star, but unfortunately you cannot! These Pikeville branches do not deserve even a one star!

A friend of mine asked me to cash a check for her their and even though she had an account with them they wouldn't cash it without charging $8 because I wasn't a "client" of there's. No other bank around here is like that.
