CLEAN YOUR ATM SCREEN! I pulled out too much money, and didn't get a receipt like I asked for because your ATM screen was pressing the WRONG buttons the entire time I was using it!

The people are usually nice. but this bank will literally FEE your account into a low balance then charge you a fee for having a low balance. Worst baking experience ever. Repeatedly met with fees and tellers reminding you that "those are part of our standard fees" You want to access your money? FEE! you want to save your money? FEE let your money sit too long? FEE access your money too often? FEE use MINT or quickbooks? FEE

yes , My husband Roger and I was having difficulty receiving our stimulus ck because of changed address information. , Christina was so kind to help us find the correct place to change what we needed.Thank you so so much Christina. Also a week or so later We had fraudulent behavior on our Checking account.. Ali was wonderful to take us thru different steps to get that straightened out, open up a new ACCT. Etc . Thank you so so much , Ali. Rog and I have chosen BBT Bank Elverson, even though we have two closer BBT near Birdsboro.Pa. However the customer service at Elverson far surpasses the closer BBT banks in the larger populated areas. Thank you BBT, Elverson, for your gracious service to us and your community. I went in to cash a social security check and was told no. Was confused to why that a bank doesn't cash social Security checks. I had I'd. 🤦‍♀️🙄

Dario is my banker here. He is extremely helpful and patient. He was very knowledgeable in helping me set up my business banking. I have been a customer since, Blue Ball Bank, the Susquehanna, and now BB&T. Unfortunately , big corporate really ties the hands of their branch employees. The smaller chains used to give their bankers and tellers some flexibility (in regards to fee forgiveness, extended hours...etc) but now bigger business have them running a tight ship. Overall, the "small family , local" banking has been lost, however the staff at this location are the reason I keep coming back.

The stars are for the employees, who are excellent. This Bank however is an exercise in frustration. There's no other Bank in town and so we're stuck with it. The ATM never works before business hours. This is not an exaggeration, I use the ATM once a month, before business hours, and twice in our three years here, it was functional. They don't waive fees when you're forced to use other ATMs, even if theirs never works. Frustrated.

So picture this, it's Christmas eve. You're trying to cash a check to buy a Christmas gift for your father who's dying of cancer, but they won't wait 2 minutes and close and lock their door. This is the kind of bank BB&T is. For years my family and I banked with National Penn bank. Then these crooks took over. My father can't leave the house, so he wrote me a check to buy my mother a gift for Christmas. National Penn would have waited 2 minutes. The days of customer service are far gone. There's better places to keep your money. Stay away from these heartless people.

Every single person at this branch location is very nice and very helpful. 9 out of 10 times I drive out of my way just to go to this branch because of how nice and helpful they are! Keep up the great job that you all do at the Elverson/Morgantown location!!
