    My Husband uses this branch and everytime he does his banking, he's is paranoid that his transactions would be wrong because the tellers are inexperienced and un knowledgeable of their own bank procedures...He has since started going to Christiansburg branch, which is an extra 30 mins away because he just does not like his experience here.
