    My credit union uses TruHome to service their mortgages. We do not pay escrow on our loan. We pay our own taxes and insurance but this month they raised our payment $200 per month for escrow. I have called twice and I have emailed them my insurance renewal as instructed but I have not been able to get them to remove it. I even had one customer no service agent promise to take care of it and call me back be he hasn't. I am so frustrated! Update: My insurance company and I have emailed them proof that I have insurance on my home and still have remove the forced insurance/escrow. They have not credited my account for the $200 they have forced me to pay despite promising me over the phone that would. I also have an email from them stating that they would remove the insurance/escrow. Stay away from this mortgage company!

    Customer service, and satisfaction is the single most important thing. We have had some bad experiences with mortgage company's, that was not the case here. They were not just professional, but honest as well. Kaylee, made this process easier. Thank you Kaylee!

    Worst experience ever. Was lied to over and over throughout the process. I hope this company folds and will never get to ruin people's buying process again. They told us everything looks good, you can remove your loan contingency then a week before closing, they decided they can no longer fund the loan! Needless to say, we lost the home and will have to try and find a new one. Thanks for nothing TruHome, you guys were amazingly terrible.

    Wow, I had simply ***OUTSTANDING*** service from Kaylee Hagan & Ally Weyers at TruHome! They are loan ANGELS, if there is such a thing! This was my first experience in applying for a home equity loan, and I shopped around at four different banks and credit unions, comparing rates and options. Kaylee, in partnership with University Credit Union, responded to my call and inquiry immediately. (Other places called me back—but only days or weeks later!!) Kaylee carefully and patiently walked me through all my loan options, plus educated me on others that I didn't know about that might fit my needs — and the plusses and minuses of each choice. Once I committed to applying for a mortgage loan with UC Credit Union/TruHome, Kaylee worked with Ally Weyers to assist me through the entire process, helping me collect all of the information I needed and giving me sage advice on maximizing the success of the appraisal process and other loan processes so I could qualify for the best deal. I had so many questions and my income situation also fluctuated—but Kaylee gave brilliant advice in helping me figure out a solution that would still allow me to qualify. Once the loan was in process, Ally carefully and promptly walked me through collecting all of the necessary documentation to underwrite the loan to enable expediting the funding as much as possible! And they were always right there to answer the dozens and dozens of questions I had. I could not have imagined that what I thought would be a stressful and anxiety-producing process could be so pleasant and straightforward. Huge thanks to Kaylee Hagan and Ally Weyers and TruHome Solutions, they are the BEST!!

    Company did not post payment sent. The payment should have been bigger due to new escrow. Truhome held almost an entire months payment without posting. Sent extra with next oayment. Second full plus any shortage payment cleared bank this morning neither payment posted to account. Two payments paid wuth zero posted. Hopefully small print doesn't enable them. Class action?

    Truhome has kept moving the goal posts in my wife and myself while we are trying to purchase a home. We were promised multiple times by the mortgage agent that we would receive a one percent credit. That was told to use for 90 days and then once we made our offer and got it accepted suddenly that credit no longer would actually qualify for us. It's a convenient promise and sounded great but now we don't have the time to jump ships to another lender so they have us trapped having to accept this. I feel like a company should stand behind their promises and do right when they make mistakes but unfortunately TruHome doesn't believe this.

    Worst loan experience I have ever experienced and continue to experience! This is my sixth house loan so I'm not a newbie. Require extra inspections on a house that was sold 2 years before that passed all inspection. The loan person sent my real estate agent someone else loan information during the process. Talk about unprofessional! To top it off, the last 2 years they have been late on my insurance payment.

    Run while you still can!!!!! Danielle Gibbs with TruHome Solutions almost ruined the purchase of our dream home. My wife advised me on her initial conversation that Danielle was rude and belittling. I have been a member of the Credit Union since I was a kid so I thought I would give them another chance. An issue arose and she incorrectly reached out to the buyer’s agent and provided false information. She was then very unprofessional, rude, and condescending by talking down to us. Thank goodness we were working with another lender that swiftly took control of the situation and saved the sale.

    It was a decent experience until recently. I had a couple questions on why my home balance went up and my credit score dropped due to how they report to credit bureaus. The lady on the phone was condescending and interrupted me halfway through each question. She ended up hanging up on me so I had to call back. The next gentleman was nice an informative.

    we recently bought our first home. Kaylee Hagan and Ally weyers were absolutely incredible in easing us through the process. they made it quick easy and never had a problem answering one of the million questions I had. 10/10 would recommend them to friends and family

    Was a good experience until recently. I had them as my first home lender and then refinanced with them. Ever since refinancing they can’t seem to get my auto withdrawal right and have been taking double payments. Everytime I call I get the run around and no-one can tell me what is going on. Customer service is a joke and they don’t care at all that they are double charging.

    We were unsure about this company when we realized halfway through the mortgage process that CACU has a "different" entity managing mortgage loans. That said: they are a nightmare; my husband accidently made a double payment to the mortgage and CACU refused to refund stating TruHome would have to do it. Have YET to receive our money back. Highly regret leaving Navy Federal for a local bank.

    When they screw up, you have to do all the leg work to get any help, let alone resolution. If you need help getting your credit score lowered while you do everything right, you found the right place! All promises, no help.
