They take you through each step of the purchasing or refinancing of a property (that of which I did both in the past month) with ease and confidence. SNMC was great. My refinance journey started almost a year ago, with failed attempts to get this taken care of. 2 other lending institutions did not have the engagement and experience to handle self-employment information.
