Tropical Financial Credit Union Corporate Way, Miramar

It is unbelievable to me that this branch does not allow customers to use the restroom, even in an emergency. This experience was the final straw on the camel's back. Finding a new bank is now my top priority this week. They closed my local branch (which I loved for their friendly, prompt service), they refuse to sign up with Zelle for electronic banking, and their policies over the years have become akin to traditional banks. They keep making it harder to bank with them. There used to be a distinct difference between banking with a credit union versus a traditional bank. If they are going to basically be the same, I might as well bank somewhere that will be more convenient...and let me use the bathroom.

Natacha E. Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with my process of starting back my new savings & checking account. She followed up and kept her word on ensuring she would make sure the process will be nice and smooth. She was right. I recommend her as candidate for employee of the year she really seems to care. My experience with the official K. Strachan was excellent. This was my second time having a wonderful and pleasant experience with this offical. I had some personal concerns that he resolved in about 20min. He was patient and kind. He also offered some suggestions that would help me at a later date. The first official (M. Castro) was also very helpful with resolving my concerns and made me feel like family, but I felt comfortable with Mr. K. Strachan because he knew me from my visits to the branch quite often.. My experience with TFCU was excellent. TFCU representative Natacha was very kind and knowledgeable. She assisted me with submitting my documents in order to get approval and I must say I made the right choice. Anyone looking for a loan, whether a car, home etc should visit Natacha at the Miramar branch.

Came into miramar location to sign loan docs and Keston greeted me from start. He helped me with the loan closing process and even offer me a credit card and product services. Excellent customer services and professionalism thank you 😀

Iv been with tropical since 2012 and never any problems. One teller that I didn't get her name and it was the first time I've every seen her at this branch question me on a deposit that i made I was taken by it that I reported her to the manager which I have never done. I have 2 mortgages savs,cking,loan and all was finance my car loans with them. Left and open an accounts with space coast. Will be moving accounts. She was very unprofessional and nosey.

Opened an account at tropical financial credit union in Miramar branch today the rep keston was very professional and know his job. He went above and beyond and left a lasting impression on me. Will definitely come apply for loans and refer can't and friends because of his kindness 5 stars 🤩

I came into the miramar branch to do an international wire and was assisted my keston he was very helpful and professional and was patient with me to make sure i had everything correct. When I come to this branch I always want to see ms Natacha Joseph because she’s extremely courteous and she takes time with you. She’s very pleasant with a smile on her face. Even with her mask on you still can see her smiling through her eyes. She’s one of the best teller and loan officer throughout Financial Credit Union Banks. It’s a pleasure working with her.

Keston had pleasant attitude and customer service. I came into the branch and he greeted me from the front door. He got me to open an account and explain the benefits of having an account and building a relationship with tropical financial credit union. I came in to the branch to pay off my q cash loan and had no idea how to do so. The representative keston was patient and empathizing took the time to assist me and even with above and beyond with helping me download the TfCU app and reapply for cash loan on the app. I appreciate tropical for having a loan like that to help members like me.
