Trona Valley Federal Credit Union - Rock Springs Foothill Blvd, Rock Springs

I’m from Evanston the SERVICE is Excellent!!! I have had to call Green River a few times as well. I have alway had Excellent Service at both Branches.. Today was my first time dealing with Rock Springs Branch (applying for a loan). Waiting ALL day for a answer You think the person that I’m working with could give me a heads up and let me know that there wouldn’t be a answer today.. Possibly will be in touch TOMORROW!! It’s kinda disappointing…

My husband and I have been banking with Trona for 8 years, and never had a single problem (until now). They always were quick to send new cards, sent out information regarding web or application updates, and customer service was always number 1 (until as of late). My husband and I had a very unpleasant experience at the RS branch. We drove up to the tubes and a teller came up on the camera, she didn't say a single thing, gave my husband a dirty look, stared down at the slip I filled out, and then turned off the camera. We waited for probably 5 minutes until a new teller came to the window. All we were doing was pulling out cash from our account and I guess that was too difficult for the previous teller to do? (There was no one else in line and no other cars in the front parking area.) I also must mention that this isn't the first instance of this teller exhibiting unprofessional (and not to mention illegal) behavior. She openly communicates about Trona Valley customers and their finances, specifically how much they make AND their purchases. Unfortunately, after 8 years, my husband and I are in the process of switching banking institute because we obviously cannot trust someone like that having access to all of our personal and private information. Trona was a great place to bank, we never had any worries, but apparently some of the people they hire are great at putting on a show, and will end up destroying that reputation with their unprofessional and untrustworthy actions.

I'm not yet a member - I belong to another - but I will be. I love this credit union because I can bank there as if I am a member there because Trona is affiliated with a network that include my credit union which is about 1200 away. Everyone is very polite, whether I go on to the lobby or go through the drive thru. *I'm now a member. Great credit union.

Fraudulent practices over and over again. They do not honor their loan agreements or provide the excellent service you might expect at a small bank with nothing exceptional to offer. This bank has been one fraud after another. Disappointed.

Love my bank, 20 years of great customer service and protection

I recently switched banks to Trona , after my son telling me for years I needed to, and I’ve been so impressed and happy with my decision. The staff is always pleasant, fast with transactions, it’s just an all around nice atmosphere. It’s a wonderful change from where I was banking prior. Thank you for putting kindness out there, we don’t see much of it these days.

This has been my bank for 6-7 years now. They have good friendly and professional customer service. Great secure banking. And a surprisingly good app for iPhones. I've had a couple auto loans through them and have had zero trouble or big fines/fees. Over all great people, great bank.

This bank is unethical. They charged me overdraft fees when I still had a positive balance and claimed it was for pending transactions that hadn't even posted yet. Evidently, they can legally do it and there's nothing no one can do about it. They stole $420 out of my bank account, even after I had deposited money to cover everything. They just kept taking and taking and taking. This caused my account to go into deep overdraft. I tried to talk to someone but they literally said there was nothing they could do and too bad for me.

I have had a loan with this bank for several years I am not impressed with every time you call in to make a payment they charge you a $15 processing fee also recently I tried to pay my loan off and had to go through a whole rigmarole to get it done because this Bank cannot accept any payments larger than $1,500 if you are paying with a card over the phone when you don't live in the same state as them it gets very complicated very disappointed will not be banking with them any longer
