Trona Valley Federal Credit Union - Green River Hitching Post Dr, Green River

This so called bank is so unprofessional and its like their own adult ( toddler) gathering! Always visiting with family members or kids they put customers last. I have noticed family gets rein over the bank and have been in there on a friday and i was lead down a popcorn trail with Mudd that lead to an office that was disgusting! I have NEVER been to a bank or credit union like this! Its unprofessional and ridiculous to have customers walking through garbage to make payments or whatever! Grow up!!! It's not social time its a job!

Even though this is regarding the RS branch, it is about Trona as a whole and the types of people they will employ.) My husband and I have been banking with Trona for 8 years, and never had a single problem (until now). They always were quick to send new cards, sent out information regarding web or application updates, and customer service was always number 1 (until as of late). My husband and I had a very unpleasant experience at the RS branch. We drove up to the tubes and a teller came up on the camera, she didn't say a single thing, gave my husband a dirty look, stared down at the slip I filled out, and then turned off the camera. We waited for probably 5 minutes until a new teller came to the window. All we were doing was pulling out cash from our account and I guess that was too difficult for the previous teller to do? (There was no one else in line and no other cars in the front parking area.) I also must mention that this isn't the first instance of this teller exhibiting unprofessional (and not to mention illegal) behavior. She openly communicates about Trona Valley customers and their finances, specifically how much they make AND their purchases. Unfortunately, after 8 years, my husband and I are in the process of switching banking institute because we obviously cannot trust someone like that having access to all of our personal and private information. Trona was a great place to bank, we never had any worries, but apparently some of the people they hire are great at putting on a show, and will end up destroying that reputation with their unprofessional and untrustworthy actions.

All staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable of their jobs. Patient, pleasant, kind, friendly and very polite. I recommend Trona Credit Union to anyone looking for a great place to keep your money safe!! Thank you Trina Credit Union!!!!

I wanted to change my lease into a loan. I was getting frustrated dealing with the dealership so I called Trona. I didn't even have an account with them, but they had my paperwork done and everything signed ONLINE in a matter of hours. Fast and painless. I now have an account with them and will be moving all my funds to them. Thank you Trona!!

New app won't let me sign in at all and it's been close to a month now

Love Trona Valley. Been a member since they were on the north side of town. Great people, and great banking options. Love their Kasasa Saver. Staff at any of their locations are great, and their mobile app works and easy to use.

I would rather drive to Rock Springs then deal with some of the staff at this trona valley! Learn better customer service!!
