Working with David and Steve has been a lifesaver in my real estate journey!! Like so many, I was a "newbie" but had a desire and passion to get into real estate. They didn't rebuff or turn me away, but took the time to work with me in order to get my acquisition financed. After the closing, my experience with the HML payments was smooth and automated and now I am working on my refinance to a 30 year loan. David has been responsive to all my questions and checks in with me frequently to see how he can help. Overall I've had a great experience with Trius and will continue to use them over and over again!!

I am thoroughly satisfied with the service from Trius Lending Partners. The communication has been efficient and the settlement was smooth. For the rehab portion of loan, they reimburse in installments after showing evidence of work done, and I have received my first installment without hassle. And, as I continue to work with them to receive my subsequent installments, I am confident Trius will release them just as smoothly and promptly. Bottomline, I feel comfortable and confident in seeking the service of Trius again. My highest recommendation.

We were looking for a local based lender with local knowledge and resources, and during our search, it was common to hear/see Trius “tossed in the hat” of recommended lenders amongst other investors within local investor groups. It also helped for me that they were featured on the DC Real Estate podcast which I’m a big fan of. Their terms/rates are reasonable and the way the team handled the acquisition transaction from contract to close has been professional, timely, and responsive in coordination with other parties to the transaction.

For years I was worried about using a hard money lender, but the home values increased and I found it extremely difficult to win a contract using a traditional 30 year fix lender. I would 100% recommend Trius to any investor in the area. They are very knowledgable of the Baltimore area unlike the national lenders. Writing this review for Trius lending Partners was very easy. They were terrific to work with. From David to Steve to Josh and the rest of their team, these guys put their money (literally) where their mouth is. We did a rehab project and we couldn't have found better lenders. Trius delivered on all their promises. No gimmick, No secret real estate sauce, No secret formula or software. Just good ol' folks with money who want to help out if the project is financially sound for all parties involved. They gave us money on time as agreed so long as we were delivering on the project. There were no issues with funding the rehab loan. Highly recommended!

These guys are DEAL SAVERS! I had been working with my bank (of whom I have been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years, a major bank) to obtain a relatively small loan for an investment property. After jumping through every conceivable hoop you could imagine to appease the underwriters' requests, my bank was still delaying the process and with the last day to close on the property or lose the whole deal only 3 days away (the seller had already extended once and would offer no more extensions because my bank wanted to drag its feet), I reached out to Trius Lending Partners. I’ve used Trius for about 10 products this year between hard money and Rental loans. This is one of the best Hard money/Rental loan lenders In the DMV. All of their staff are professional and knowledgeable. For the rental loans, Brian and Rachel take care of everything from start to finish. They offer great rates and the fastest close times I’ve seen in the category. I haven’t found any competitor that can compete with their program. On the Hard Money side, the best way to describe their program is fast, accurate and with no B.S. Steve, David, and keith kill it. The close times are as fast as you need it to be. They are easy to work with and don’t mess around and treat you like a partnership and not a dictatorship. The draws are paid out usually on the same day or next depending on the submitting time. The application process is straightforward and as long as your deal and rehab make sense it’s all smooth sailing to fast funds to build your real estate empire. They really removed the stress out of funding for me. I highly recommend them for new or seasoned investors.
