I used Trinity Credit Services to clean up my credit. Amy McLain was my point of contact. She was so professional and thorough! My credit score was a 525 and now it's a 720! I am beside myself. I would highly recommend Amy at Trinity Credit services!

I paid $800 for nothing. Fernando was unable to take off anything. I had two simple accounts that were in collection under $1000 and one repo. None were able to be taken off according to him. *After speaking to Fernando, after this review was posted, he said he actually deleted a $950 collection account from AT&T. I believe it was the second company that I had work on my credit collections.

Do not use them for assistance to remove items from your credit report. Paid them for their services and I not once received anything from any credit reporting agencies. I was supposed to receive papers from them filing the disputes and nothing ever arrived. They blamed it on covid with slow delivery time but I don’t believe that was the case. Almost 2 years later and I feel I wasted my money and was taken advantage of.

I payed 1,000 and some change plus I payed 100 for an application my credit remained the same they lied about everything Fernando Melissa celina Ect all cover up I payed for nothing my credit never improved waste of money time these people lie and then say it’s your fault I had minimum things like late payments nothing serious DONT TRUST FERNANDO I BEGG YOU

Me and my husband is NOT satisfied with the services that were provided. Yes they got some things off our credit but NOT the important things that are affecting our credit now. Yes they’re still trying to work with us but we feel like they should have refunded some of the money that we paid. There was a total of about $1,700 that was paid to them to repair our credit. Our credit score is better but Not too the point where we can get good interest rates on things. So now we have to go through another Company to get our credit repaired again because of this situation. I’m very disappointed in this company. I won’t recommend to anyone, because I don’t want anyone else to go through what we went through. 😡😡😡😡😡
