No stars for this experience except stars from my blood pressure. DO NOT use this company!!! The seller picked them, they were nice at first but don't ask questions or question them at all. Pay close attention to your closing documents especially the taxes!! Poor service Zero Patience. I had Deanna she always made sure to let me know she knows it all and better. and God forbid if I had to contradict her with my concerns. You walk on eggshells and hope they will accommodate you! And you pay for the shaming experience.

If I had it to do over I would have never selected this company. The communication was poor and they screwed up my closing documents causing me to lose $1,000 at closing. When I called to discuss it I never got a call back. Save yourself the headache and go with anyone other than Trident Title.

They do what they say! They are competitive. Very pleased with them in the end of my refinance. Update: Come to find out my loan package was incomplete, and missing documents. Wether it matters or not is up to the judge but they were quite nasty with me blaming me for the missing closing documents. Lol Becareful.
