According to Stacey it automatically runs your credit report without considering any other circumstance that would disqualify you for the loan. Despite stating that I would not be working remotely nor had I secured a job in Florida yet (we are a months out from moving) it ran my credit report and then Stacey informed me of why I did not qualify. My credit score was unnecessarily reduced as a result.
