Working with Jerome Walters from Tribeca was a godsend for my wife and me. We were completely new to real estate, the bidding and closing process, and even the features we should be looking for in a good house. Likewise, he encouraged us to drive all final decisions, gave us good advice when balancing between different offers, and was highly responsive to all of our questions and planning needs. I worked with Ms. Ashley Wise of Tribeca Real Estate. She is a home selling guru and I have recommended her to all of my friends. I was a first time home seller and Ashley made the process EASY. So easy. During our first meeting I told her I was interviewing other agents and that did not deter her. She was honest about what she and Tribeca offered, answered every question, and even gave me additional questions to ask the other agents. After I hired her that was it. SHE HANDLED EVERYTHING. She worked with my schedule to set up the photographer, marketing, and house cleaning. She even offered staging but was fine when I asked to use my own. My husband and I were looking for a home and we had Kaitlyn Rutledge show us homes. She was patient while we looked at homes on our own and would take us to get a closer look. I highly recommend Jeff Costello. Jeff had helped us buy our very first home, a townhouse in 2015. At that time, we were first time homebuyers and he was a great guide during this time, helping us discover the things we wanted in our home, picking the right neighborhood and shepherding us through the home buying process. So, when it was time to buy our forever home, we reached out to Jeff in Nov 2021. It is a crazy seller's market, and Jeff helped us quickly re-calibrate our budget and refine our expectations (must-have v/s good-to-have) of things we needed in our single family home. Wow, what a GREAT experience for me and my family. Heidi worked with us in and out no matter the time of day or night. She was incredibly professional and covered all of our needs.
