These have to be the absolute worst "Financial Experts" I have ever worked with. I work in finance and banking, I would be mortified if my employees were like these people. Aside from being extremely rude and unprofessional, they have absolutely no clue how to uncover the clients full financial picture. I have excellent credit and make more than enough to qualify. I have received offers at several of their competitors without any issue. THE ONLY reason I was in contact with these people is because they are the preferred lender for the community we were looking at. Please save your credit score from a hard pull from these people. You will be wasting you time.

These people wasted so much of my time. When you apply for a loan the credit system gives you like 2 weeks or so to apply at different loan companies without affecting your credit. Triad however took 2 months to finally tell me that they cannot move forward with our loan. This is of course after they asked for several items that were not originally on the required list of things that they would need to process the application. At the end of the entire ordeal I have more money in my account than what they were willing to finance for me. They didn't even have the decency to call or email me that I had been denied. I was only made aware of the denial after calling all day and emailing for 4 days and then I had to go through the trailer seller just to get them to call me back. Thanks for wasting my time. I promise never to refer anyone to this place that is for sure.

Only giving a star because I can’t give none. We closed June 17 and was not notified that the process would take a while after we signed the closing paperwork so a payment came through on July 1st after we moved across country and caused my account to be negative. When calling to address it I got transferred to 5 different people with different answers. I finally got to a supervisor who was incredibly rude and told me I should have canceled my auto payments, which I’m sorry skipped my mind when I’m moving across country with a newborn. Which upset me so I asked what they’ll do about the overdraft fee and she said she has no control over that. If we had the heads up that another payment would go through we would have been fine but now my account is negative and I don’t have money for my daughters formula so of course I’m going to be upset and when I got vocal she hung up on me. I worked in a call center in a financial institution so I have been cussed out and yelled at numerous times but NEVER have I hung up on someone. I also don’t see how she wasn’t understanding with my situation. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Like I said if someone had told us then we would have gotten it taken care of but our understanding was that once we sign the closing paperwork we would be finalized.

One of the worst financing institutions I've ever dealt with. Their online application doesn't even allow you the opportunity to fill in all the forms. I called several times trying to get information about their process and it's like pulling teeth to get any answers. It's as if it's a bother for you to call them. I left a message with a person and a VM for a loan officer and I got no return call. They used what little information they had from the online form and sent an email to the dealer saying they couldn't do it -- didn't even give a reason! Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

I thank Hillary for all the assistance she gave me in the credit application process. She made it relatively painless and enjoyable. I thank her for the time and patience she had with me and answering all questions. She was able to give me a good rate and made me comfortable throughout the process.

Triad did offer to finance our home without any issues but communication was a little off but corrected. I must say that everyone is courteous and do try to assist as quickly as possible, despite the inconveniences of moving to work from home, due to Covid. I must say that I encountered a young lay there by the name of Kyara Worthy. What an amazing young lady, she was quite knowledgeable and went beyond to help and assist me as much as possible. Quickly, she was able to provide me with all the paperwork and information I needed. I was such a pleasure being helped by her. After purchasing my home, Traid was prompt is providing all tax forms and information associated with my loan. I can sincerely say that I have not encountered any issues that one encounters during a pandemic. Thanks to people like Kyara who clearly loves working with people. She is a people person.

I went through the loan process only to be over conditioned then the underwriter quote went on vacation and ghosted me in the process right at the clear to close portion of the loan. luckily we had a back up lender who assisted me through to close. I did voice my frustration with a Vice President who explained their underwriting dept is in shambles with people quitting and did apologize on behalf of triad. But nonetheless this whole experience costs me a higher interest rate as well as additional expenses. Do your homework prior to using this company.

This financial lender has to be the worst in this business when you apply at the community they tell you that they will email you with any questions or concern between 7 to 12 days with us unfortunately did not happened after 6 days I called and email A lady by the name of Tiffany which supposedly was our loan processor ask me some details and simply said oh you were DENIED without and emails , or a phone call like they said . In the past when we have purchase a home the lenders always have communicated with us and worked with us not this company wasted our time . Is one thing when you go to the community and another the real deal beware of the unprofessional situations you can encounter like papers were sent by the community manager and the loan offers says no and ask you to go again and reapply so be aware of the unprofessional staff .

Put it an application a week ago once we had found a piece of land and a home we wanted to put on it. I emailed the loan officer on Tuesday morning to let them know there were changes. Tuesday afternoon, he emailed me (but it was not a response to the first email) and I responded with details in my first email. Never received a response. Emailed him again Wednesday morning to see if he could reach out to the realtor as the land had another offer. Found out it changed people after checking my application so both the realtor and I reached out to her multiple times on Wednesday and Thursday with no luck and no returned calls. The other offer had to be put it, got accepted, and the land has been sold. We lost out on the land we so desperately wanted because they refused to respond or call back. I am so upset at this point, and will be telling them to cancel our entire application as the land we wanted is now gone because of them.

I NEVER HAVE GIVEN A BAD REVIEW ABOUT A BUSINESS.. But there are times you have to speak up and unfortunately this is that time and reading the other reviews about the SAME EMPLOYEE!! Julie …. There’s got to be a issue.. First I thank This company for the opportunity to purchase my mobile home in February but low and behold I had got sick and ended up in hospital, shortly after that Covid, which unfortunately cause a me to fall behind . Julie has been the WORST REP TO WORK WITH I. ALL 55 years of life . I was able to send in ALL THE MONTHS I WAS BEHIND minus the $750 Atty fess she finally tells me in a letter and proceeded to tell they will still continue foreclosure. I CAN CONTINUE BUT IM EXTREMELY UPSET!! Than told she would not talk to me anymore I would have to talk to their Attorney 🤔 6 month of being behind PAID ! SMH

I really wish I could leave negative stars, because I would. We had our loan approval letter sent to us and we found a home and land that we wanted to purchase. Made an offer. Reached out to Triad to help with changing some of the parameters of the loan as they were set really high and we did not need that big or a loan. Never heard back. Offer on home was accepted. Reached out again to all 4 agents via phone and email. Have heard nothing. Called the extension that was provided in one of the above negative reviews and the girl was EXTREMELY rude and when I asked to speak to one of the loan officers listed on my approval she put me on hold for over an hour and never came back. This is an awful way to do business. We are first time home buyers and in our 40's. Both have good jobs and good history. Yet they ignore us once we do find a place and want to have the loan lowered. Very shady and deplorable way to do business. We got our hopes up and might lose this house since we can not get any answers or paperwork to finalize.

Lindsay Shelver is my loan originator and I can’t say enough things about her!! She always has a positive attitude toward everything and it is really contagious! She has been very helpful during all of this as it’s my first time buying a home and if I could, I would go through Lindsay with any other loans in the future!! She has been a real pleasure to speak to and get our updates from! I don’t see how she balances all of her clients but she does amazingly and she is super knowledgeable about any questions I have had - which has been a lot! Keep up the great work Lindsay!

I couldn't have asked for anyone more helpful to me than Lindsay Shelver during my home buying process. I lost after my wife of 35yrs, she passed away last year and I wasn't really comfortable buying a new home when I am 5yrs from retirement but with her help, making the loan process simple, I finally made the decision to buy a new home and set up on my property in the country. Lindsay was readily available and so helpful with explanations and patient with me through the bittersweet process of buying a new house and starting my life over without my wife. She truly is a blessing to me.

Triad Financial Services financed my home on November 2021. So far so good I haven't had any problems with them. I hope and pray I don't. But sometimes some of the employees have and lil attitude. I guess because they are short staffed and over worked. But still no excuse. U supposed to treat your customers right.

I gave them 1 star because zero stars is not an option. This is the most difficult and time wasting lender I have ever worked with. Our loan was sold to Triad, and we had no other real options. Their communication and follow through is terrible. If you make a request you generally have to call a week later to see if anything has been done and generally the answer is nothing has been done. We have been waiting on our title for 6 months now and we are still no closer to having it, they won't send the lien release to the county and I don't know how to get them to do it.

After making my mortgage payments on time for a full year I was told I had missed 4 payments and my loan was being transferred to another company. I have fought with them for months and provided all payment receipts proving I made all the payments. Now I've had to come up with extra money to cover the supposed missing payments and take legal action against them to get it handled. Avoid doing business with these crooks.

I used these guys when I bought in Arizona. It was pretty good thanks to the park lady that helped with closing. However, I have another home in Utah and I have put in 2 apps and called 23 times just to have it ring endlessly. What is going on Triad???? Answer your phone so you can do buisness like this company was made to do. Now because of this I have to go through 21st Mortgage which are being g ridiculous and unprofessional. I have good credit and paid of triad for my previous home. I have a nice junk to put down and this is beyond ridiculous 😒😑🙄
