Man it's a pawn shop so you know what it is but. The owner is a good guy and has helped me out with a few extra $$ and has sold me tools I needed for dirt cheap. I can't say that for any one else in town save one other place. I would recommend this place to anyone but it is a pawnshop and if you miss that dead line your stuff hits that floor and that's the name of the game

Went in to buy a rifle and stood there for 20 minutes without being asked if I need help. 2 employees were talking and joking arou d with each other. That's the second time in a year I left without buying anything for this reason.

They broke my camera. Wrapped it up real tight so i wouldn't notice it until i had driven away. I forgive them. They were lied to by other people.

Needed to have a hard to get Class 3 Item(one they don’t have) transferred to them since they are the only one in the area that has a fingerprint machine. They will not accept a transfer for no apparent reason other than the “too bad too sad” shouldn’t buy something we don’t have/can’t get! Sounds monopolistic to me! Yes, they have a right to do this. But it’s terrible customer service, and I as well as others I know will never step foot in their shop! 1 star for the terrible customer service!

Tri-State Pawn is the best pawn shop in the Texarkana area hands down. I had a minor problem with a firearm I bought there. I took it back to them and not only did they credit me the amount I payed for it towards a different firearm, they discounted the new one on top of it. Even payed my transfer fee for me. These guys here will absolutely go out of their way to make sure you walk out happy and with intentions of returning. I will be back. This place is my stop for firearm purchases. Don't hesitate to come here. Absolutely great place!!
