The fat lady with glasses is always very rude! This pawn shop tries to really stick it to their customers! They faithfully continue to rip off customers and they way underprice u! The staff is always rude, they hire kids that have no clue what they are doing! I will be spreading the word about this place

If you need money in a pinch or looking for a deal on gently used items or new/used without paying full retail, great place... I got a washer and dryer for an amazing price, found a 3rd flat screen ultra 4k smart TV valued over 500 dollars marked 136.00 under Walmart price for the same TV. Sometimes can be hit or miss depending on the item but I think it's a great place and is a nice pawn shop!

This place is a joke. My 8 year old son purchased a ps4 game that did not work. We returned it hours later to the same cashier that sold it to him earlier. He said sorry no refunds or exchanges even though all he wanted was to exchange it for the same game. Definitely our last trip there.

Incompetent. There are basically 20 something year old guys in who don't know anything. So if you have ANYTHING unique or different- don't go here. I was seriously disappointed

Whenever I'm in town I check out their deals...they have quality tools and always find a deal plus the employees are always the best....

I haven’t had a bad experience here, yet. Staff is friendly and reasonable. Decent prices. Large selection of items!! My go to place if I’m short on bill money and I always get my stuff back out so they are more willing to pawn for the amount I ask for. Also a great place to buy normally expensive items , they will also Negotiate prices. I like the fact that they are open in the evenings so that if you work 9-5 you can still do your shopping!

They sold a family heirloom of mine that a family member stole and pawned before the pawn time was up and then ignored messages from me begging them to help me fund who bought it so I could buy it back. I'll never forgive them and in posting on Facebook many others were burned in similar manner even police got involved. I used to sung their praises but never again. I hope karma gets them.

Terrible, overpriced, and very little knowledge of the items they sell and their values. Guns are marked up 100%+ in most cases. Staff is apathetic to inquiries about items being sold. When you walk in, you get the feeling that the only thing they're interested in is the money in your wallet and how they can get it from you without lifting any fingers.

BE AWARE IF YOU EVER BUY ANYTHING ELECTRONIC HERE TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS AND WORKS WELL. THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GIVING THEM ANY BUSINESS.
