The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time and answered all of our questions patiently. She even went over and above by printing something for us on letterhead. Looking forward to the next time I need to go in to do some in person banking.

According to the Eagle City Mobile Home Estates Manager Kathie DiSalvi...there has been a breach of at least 17 rent checks dated and cashed into the Eagle City Account from 2014. These checks were already cashed in 2014 from each resident and then again cashed causing many residence to have their accounts overdrawn, transactions declined and having to close their in good standing accounts. Per my personal conversation with Ms. DiSalvi...she is blaming this on Tri Counties Bank.

1 out of 5 times have I been in and out. The last time was the worst, about 20 minutes to cash a check!!!!
