Josh and the team checked in on us several times as we went through the process of finding a house, making sure we had what we needed and that any questions were answered. Once we had an offer accepted, the team worked quickly and efficiently to get everything set up for closing and clearly communicated what was needed every step of the way. We were able to sit down virtually with Kevin and go over in detail all of the pieces that would go into our mortgage and closing costs and he made sure we understood what was what and ensured we got the best interest rate possible. Everything went smoothly and Treadstone and our realtor made sure we were able to complete our closing in less than a month.

My wife and I recently began the process of buying a home. We started looking for a mortgage lender with our credit union as it was a large chain and we already banked with them, so we assumed it would make things easier. We weren't able to schedule meetings with real people. We weren't able to get responses to emails. Finally, they did a hard pull on our credit report without speaking with us, and we knew we needed to do something different. We spoke with our friend Kevin who referred us to Treadstone, and specifically John Polakovich. Immediately, we noticed they were communicative, personable, and as dedicated to getting us into our dream home as we were. If you are looking to buy a house or refinance your loan i can attest that the place and people you want to use is treadstone mortgage and Amber Wagner and her team. I started the process with another mortgage company and i wont say there name because it's not fair to them and i don't want to hurt their business because you will trip over your own feet trying to run not walk but run to treadstone mortgage. The other company had a website you go to and add the items they needed for the process but every time i would upload something it would get kicked back not good enough cant be a copy cant be a picture cant this cant that,it came to the point i almost said enough and did not even buy a house because every time i got a message from the other company i would feel sick to my stomach because i knew something else was not going to be correct and have to spend 3 hours trying to get it correct just to get another message saying nope do it again. They asked for a few things in the beginning on there website and i held my breath only to be overjoyed they accepted the stuff they needed first time and they only needed a few things,not a list like 20 items long but they needed like 4 things. If i had any question and i mean at any time of night sorry Amber i don't want people calling you at 2am like i was but i could call her at any time of the day or night and if amber did not get back with me in like 5 min someone else from her team did in 5 min. Treadstone mortgage made my life getting a house so easy that if i had to do it again i would in a heartbeat using them. I hear horror stories of getting a house but with treadstone you have no worries. They answer your questions with easy to understand answers and they get back to you asap. I asked in the beginning if i could keep my mortgage onder a thousand dollars and they delivered,i asked if there was a way to help with the closing costs and they delivered everything i asked of treadstone mortgage they delivered. We started off with the loan process and felt our loan agent, Stuart was doing a good job. Once things began to progress, while I responded the same day when ANY documentation was requested, we did not get progress updates after several requests, via text, voicemails and emails. Our loan was completed successfully, but I cannot recommend Treadstone. We had some unique components to our loan, but the people involved seemed overwhelmed with their workload. I called the main office at one point, then I received a callback. I should not have to escalate to a manager to get a status update. I hope they make adjustments to their procedures to communicate better. Other service providers would provide a better experience in my opinion. We closed in August, 2021.
