Nightmare! As I write this, I am sitting on hold for the millionth time trying to get the title to my loan I paid off 4 months ago!!!! Granted I’ve had a special circumstance but was told it was handled months ago only to get nothing. Call after call and keep getting told the same thing about an email not being properly sent to title to release it. I’m beyond frustrated with Travis CU.

on 12/14/13 at approximately 1230 i was contacted by a stranger, to protect his identity lets call him "john doe", he claimed to be prior navy, i did not want to answer his call or texts, because i had no idea who this guy was. he then texted me and asked if i was Devon who lived at 123 fake st (he knew my actual address), after receiving this text message he had my attention. I called him and john doe was able to tell me anything he wanted to about me such as my SSN, birthday, email, phone number, address.... after he read me my info i was enraged (i did not disclose anything to MR. Doe). I thought maybe it was a sick joke some one was playing on me, after talking to him for a bit he informed me, he had was emailed my personal information by Sonny Yambao, who is both of our mortgage consultants. I immediately contacted my local branch, the branch manager, assured me that they "do not share information with anyone, and it was my fault because i must of signed some unknown disclosure ", she told me there was nothing they can do and they "confirm to strict privacy laws", enraged i immediately demanded to speak to her supervisor, she declined, after about a hour of heated discussion her boss (one of the regional managers) contacted me. I informed him that MR. Doe reported the privacy incident to MR. Sonny, and sonny decided it was not important enough to contact me and inform me of his mistake. Mr. Doe also reported it to a Bryson form one of their hot lines and got a response "oh, bet hes gonna be trippin". and the response i got from the regional manager was "oh, really?" After about a hour of "i understand were your coming from, but there is nothing I can do, do u want me to remove the information from MR. Doe's mind" i demanded to speak to his supervisor i was contacted by a MR. Erret, he claimed to work at cooperate as mortgage Vice President. he claimed "no one had my information", then i asked "how does Mr. Doe know all my information, how does he know the day i applied for a VA loan and how does he know Sonny was my mortgage consultant, he quickly responded stated "MR. Doe is the only one with my information, and it was a accident, a paper must have accidentally switched files, with all the applications that we process this happens all the time". Yet ten seconds prior "no one had my information" also seeing how it was a email, i do not know how a piece of paper can switch files. For all they know Mr. Sunny could have hit "reply all" with my personal information. to this day Mr. sunny has not contacted me to inform me about this mistake.

To make a payment on a loan or credit credit, you must mail it in or take to office so there will be no charge. If you pay to customer service or automated phone service, it costs major bucks. Also when I open my accounts, I was told by TCC representatives that to call him anytime and he would answer our questions. Well to this day, he has never answered nor return calls after SEVERAL messages. Could not get anyone else to help. 😞

There’s counted people here that make you feel welcome. But what trigger me the most is why can’t they be open longer or open on time!!! For some of us few minutes actually messes up our schedules
