branch at Vacaville Commons 2nd time employees treated a member, me, Like they're doing me a favor. very rude and on a consistent basis. They talked to me as if I was a 5 year old who didn't know anything. In a condescending and rude tone. Too much more to add Recommend visiting a different branch

Worst credit union out there when it comes to user friendly. They’re system is 3rd world. Impossible to use their pay by phone option and there’s an up charge to have someone over the phone submit the payment. Only other option is depositing a check using the mobile app. Can we please get with the times and have a way to pay online using a debit card? So outdated process. Would never Recommend this bank.

Very kind, helpful, and professional employees. The facility is very well kept. The services are thorough and efficient. Much more catering and attentive to my needs than my experiences with big corporation banks.

I went to the bank to make sure my aunt wasn’t charged twice every month by her solar company and Stacy helped us reviewing her statements since the middle of 2019 until this month. Her professionalism was greatly appreciated.

Tried to go inside to sign my wife to my account. you during her lunch break. A lot of employees standing around just looking at us and we barely made it in a 1 hour beak time.. boo employees should get a ladder and step it up ... when we got help it was from a very nice person.. she did good Thanks patty..

This branch is really good. I only have a problem along with several other people have a problem with one particular woman there. She's a little Asian woman. She's very snobby. If it all possible stay away from her and ask for Pablo. Pablo is the nicest one that I can see there other than the branch manager.

The service with the ones that open the account they are nice but my biggest complain is the woman that is there as a hosted and she is really racist because we come in and we ask her a question and she won't answer it and she won't even say how is your day but to other people who come in she is gladly to help.
