Friendly staff Cheyenne was very helpful and patient with me helping me set up a zelle account and online banking she is incredible!! I've been a member for 5 years now sometimes the lines are long but everybody is so friendly and helpful

I came in right after the Labor Day holiday with my husband and expected a busy hectic crowd which there was. We are both handicap and hard of hearing. We were greeted by Domo who was by far the most informative and helpful person we have experienced since opening our account with Travis years ago. She was so patient and knowledgeable and sat w us & explained how each of our accounts are set up for our savings and even gave us a written plan on how to manage our bills in a separate account and another for our personal expenses and vacations. I have never received this kind of service with any bank. She actually took the time to break things down for us to better understand them without making us feel like another dumb couple who can’t understand where their money is going. She made us feel like family. Take my word if you go into the Travis Credit Union on Gateway in Fairfield please ask for Domo you will be glad you did.

Can't stand this location. Always have some issue or another with customer service. I'll just keep going across town, or even the next town.

I love this place! Their staff are very friendly and i get the warm fuzzy feelings in the atmosphere. The staff really care and willing to help! Keep up the great work!

I can’t believe the customer service of this location is so terrible:( I stopped by today to obtain a simple request. Only one person in front of me and I have been waiting for more than 40min. They should be more considerate towards peoples time…I thought DMV was bad:(

Fast service and staff members really nice and helpful

I've been a member of Travis Credit Union for years--but they're about to lose me. They and their "new" website just locked me out again, after only ONE try at signing in with the correct password. Since I use the website for the majority of my banking, not being able to get online at will is more of a pain in the ass than I want to deal with. I'll have to wait until tomorrow--again!--to call and get into my accounts. I'll be looking into other credit unions, in the meantime.

This place is great, majority of the people are helpful. just if you are going to be doing any business of any kind, personal or professional just make sure you see yvette and only yvette. she is the only person that i feel cares and does whatever she can to get you what you need whether its a loan approval or credit card, etc. anyone else i have seen there dont put in any effort to really try and help your situation. I highly recommend her for any of your needs. she is awesome!!!!!!!!!
