Trading Post Pawn B, Glenwood Springs

Let me just be helpful with my review. As of July 2022, they’re only open 10-6 Tuesday through Saturday. I wasted my time getting here. If they cared about my time, they would have updated their hours with Google after the first handful of reviews that note that their hours aren’t correct.

I read on their site they buy electronics, phones, jewelry, and artifacts, I brought all of these things in(3 iPhones, Xbox controllers, an ancient coin, 3 watches, one being a pocket watch from 1927 in 18k gold(he didn’t even look) and a telescope) the owner said “we only buy what sells” and when asked about what does sell, his reply was “videogames”....it’s no wonder that place is empty.....unless you want to buy low end tumbled rocks, a dried up baby alligator head, or sell your videogames there’s no reason to shop here.

Seemed like a nice dude working there. But literal logo is a diamond. Brought my diamonds in and said he doesn’t take them because there’s so many in the world.... lol ok. But that motor scooter and wooden cross in there tho.. 🙄 website is very misleading to say the least. Should go with taking the “we accept diamonds” off of there. 2 stars cause the guy helping was at least kind.

Mr. David & Ms. Grace were such pleasant and knowledgeable folks. They have an incredible variety of parcels, pawn services and even do loans! It's a one stop shop! And, as a Hispanic businessman myself, I loved the fact they are very welcoming towards the Hispanic community! God bless you friends!!!

THIS PAWN SHOP IS A SAFE PLACE FOR CRIMINALS TO BE EMPLOYED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PAWN SHOP, I was overpriced, and played. They sold me merchandise not safe for use, they lied about research and they took full advantage of me, probably because I was the only customer to walk into their treacherous place of business. These people need education, instruction on safety, and a good lesson on having morals. Lesson learned.

Fair deals and trades. The gun guy is cool and really seems to know his stuff I got an awesome price on a 1911 good deals on ammo too. if you need some tools start at this place good prices for power tools. I really look forward to doing more business with them in the future. As far as the other reviews on here go I did not experience any thing bad at all I ever met the owners and they seem like very nice people. Maby if you have a salty demeanor they might respond in kind. Great place and I would recommend to friends and family. Thanks David and Gregg see you soon!

Low balls you, has no respect for others, and will go back on any offers he has made you. The owner of this shop will make you an offer then change his mind right after you've already agreed on the deal. He will even go so far as to tell you that he doesnt want something after he's already agreed to help you and made you an offer. Not only that he will not even give you a ball park on an offer based off of what the pricing is on his shelves. The business may look pretty but his horrendous customer service and his low ball offers are not worth the trouble of even trying to make a deal with this man.

Great service! used these guys multiple times for transfers, products, and just to acquire general knowledge. They are always friendly whether you’re purchasing selling or just looking. Place is clean and in a convenient location 10/10

Showed up at 9 since that was the time listed on google and their website...hours on door said 10, clearly had been written over a 9. Waited until 10:15 but no one showed up. Called later to confirm they are still in business and told them I was there at 10 and it wasn’t open, they didn’t apologize just said they live far away and are sometimes late. That’s not my problem as a consumer, and as someone who used to be in retail i find this experience extremely unprofessional. I will gladly be driving farther to find another shop (already drive 10 miles from Carbondale).

Great place for guns and ammo . The staff are the most knowledgeable and respectful people I’ve dealt with at a pawnshop.
