Traci has been extremely helpful through our loan process. She took the time out of her Saturday evening to quickly set documents up so we can get under contract. She has taken the time to explain the process to us since we are first time home buyers and had gone out of her to help at all hours of the day. When she wasn’t available her assistant were happy to help. She is also very tech savvy which made the process of handing in documents super easy.
