Tower Loan W 7th St, Joplin

I have been with them since 2009. They have the lowest interest, work hard to make things work for their clients, and were able to get me a signature loan this time as opposed to a secure loan! I couldn't be happier.

I’ve been involved with them for going on 2 years now and I’ve always had great experiences with them. I usually talk with brittanie and she is so kind and helpful. HOWEVER...today I had my first encounter with KAYLA and oh my gosh... she was so rude. I get people have bad days but don’t take it out on your customers and make snippy sarcastic remarks. If it wasn’t for this experience today I would have easily given this place 4 or 5 stars.

Absolutely great people. Payment policy sucks.i dont know how many times I've tried to have my wife pay the bill . But hell no she isn't using my card or some of 50 other bs excuses. If some one wants to give u money take it for God's sake .She know more about me than I do. Completely stupid .What's more stupid than that is all get a phone call when it is due and they will say how do u want to take care of this today. I dont wanted my wife to pay the freaking bill ten days ago but u people are too ignorant to accept money.

They are so up your a its not funny I would never go here I got about a 1000 and all the interest I have on here its around 3000 and when you tell them when you can play they will call you three day early asking and every day after I hope this helps

Have used this company once and was very pleased, was able to pay in multiple ways as well as they were willing to work with me when leaving town for work. Will be using again!

Horrible service. Got a 24 month no interest for some furniture they called after we got one of the 3 things saying we still had money available we asked to finance that and said they couldn't do it. They also said that when we get all of our furniture that they will call us to set us up on a payment date. They failed to do that just called and said we were late on our first payment. So I tried to call in a payment and they are refusing to take a payment from me for my husband as I'm not on the loan.. I use to work at a couple loan companies and that would be refusal to take a payment. After we get this paid off we will not be doing business with them

Tower loans is a loan shark company at 47 percent interest should be illegal, extreme harassment, the company prays on people forced to take a small loan out and turn that small loan into an unplayable off loan unless your lucky enough to have a large sum of money. I do not recommend Tower Loans.

Worst customer service. It was so much better when the previous people were there. They were actually nice and smiled. Now they are a bunch of snobs that want your payment and are curt with you, and then have the nerve to ask would you like to apply to get more money .no thank you not from you people who are curt and you look miserable.

Worst loan company ever. Won’t send out statements, cash only in person & no debit unless you go online & then they charge you extra for using it. No spouse can pay the bill. Just don’t do it you’ve been warned!

Never borrow money from this place all they do is call you all day and threat how they need the money or they going garnish your pay check I took out a 1200 loan because of family emergency all Ben do is keep calling me while I’m at work I’m having hard time I will call them back I’m going call them today and tell them to take it to collections cause I’m not paying it off I should never took out a loan I advise everybody don’t take out a loan please don’t worst loan place ever
