I wouldn’t give them any stars but I have to. This is The most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I got stuck with them after My loan was sold to them from American thrift. I never dealt with any of this with them. They call my phone all day while I’m at work. Being very rude. I ended up having to block them. It was getting very exhausting being harassed by them all day. I’ve never missed a payment they shouldn’t be able to do that to people. They start calling a week before your payment is due to remind you it’s due and then if you’re a day late they’ll start calling multiple times a day. They call your references as well. When you don’t tell them what they want to hear they hang up on you and have someone else call back a little while later. They also tried lying saying I missed a payment a year ago. I emailed them my statement showing that I made all of my payments.it wasn’t good enough. I’ll definitely be sending it to better business bureau along with my phone records with all of the phone calls. Text messages and voicemails.

Lost job in august due my dad having cancer and needs rides back and forth won’t help me at all in payment arrangements all she keeps saying is she will file a law suit if I can’t pay why do they tell u they wanna help and they don’t wanna help you at all keeps calling multiple times a day and sent someone out to my house the branch manager is very rude saying they wanna help but don’t wanna here ur situation This is the Kenner la location

Do not do business with these people they call and Harras you for missed payments and threatens to sue you. When you make an arrangement they still call everyday until it’s paid. I told one rep I was going to pay on a certain date she told me that she needed a payment instantly and to ask someone to loan me the money to pay it.

They are threatening the customers that don’t pay on time, and when u go to the office to make your payment the black guy that is in the office will come out and tell you that you have to pay off the entire loan and if not they will mess you up. I heard a story a friend told me . A group of guys showed up at this house from the loan office and started yelling at him and kicking his door. He got so scared he. Allows police. This is definitely not good , if you are behind a payment just charge me a fee but don’t be threatening people like that . It’s scary.

1800.00 loan they want 160.00 a month for 26 months I happily decline. Then they broke it down to 130.00 a month for 26 nahh over 3300 for 1800 nope...

Great working atmosphere. If your looking for employment this is a great place to work for. They care about the people and their employees.

This is a terrible company that preys on people and does exactly what everyone else says - calls you a million times and has no idea what is happening with your loan. I got so mad that I went in and spoke to the manager and told him I am reporting him to the Better Business Bureau - and he waved me off. BBB of SE LA gave me FIVE numbers to call. I am going to do it. Do not do business with this place; the manager is a jerk and this place has no respect for its clients or employees. If I could give a negative 10 stars, I would. Mike, the manager in Harvey, could not care less what I had to say, BTW, but the BBB was VERY interested.

Please do not do business with this company. They never know anything about your loan. Make very such you keep up your payments. They will telm you one payment when its something else. Also keep track of your pay off on your loan.When I am done with this loan I will never do businesses with this company again. August 2020 get here fast please.

Honestly never had 1 phone call except the one they made in the beginning thanking me for my business and choosing them to finance thru. Never had one phone call after that harassing me or being unprofessional and I will be using them again in the near future.

They called for employment verification for someone. Nyla Baker threatened to sue because we wouldn't give the information over the phone (fax or email only). It's sad how unprofessional this company is, as well as this employee.
