Tower Loan US, Laplace

This is wonderful place to do business. As long as you pay your bills on time and keep in touch with them if something comes up. The manager there is super understanding and nice and I've never had any issues. Pay your bills people and your credit scores won't drop.

This company is a fraud! Whatever you do never use this company. Received a 2100 loan and had to pay over 9000 back. The office manager don't have a kind bone in her body. It's never a time I have communicated with her and she was not rude. If you see this company's sign RUN!!!!

Will never use Tower again. MADE a payment a month ago and it's not out of my account. Time for another. OFFICE Mgr was pissy when I logged an email and she couldn't get me on the phone when she wanted to.

This place is a good place. Haven't had a bad experience with them. I have been doing business there for sometime now.

I really had a very very bad experience with this company especially the Laplace location the manager Lizzi or Lizzy and also the area manager not home from work yet but I will post his name as well... I received this cash loan of $2503.93, which was interest free if paid within 60 days. To avoid this ridiculous 36.20% and over $650 finance charges I paid it off in the time allotted by phone conversation and still they charged me nearly $2800. I beg you stay away from these financial crooks! Please take my word for it! Thank God I had the ability to afford to get out of that craziness but be careful to stay away! Rude disrespectful uneducated immature inexperienced under trained. Even the so called manager lizzy at this location is horrible. They don’t deserve to even be called bill collectors! I will never give them my business again

I heard bad things then good i went just to build my credit the manager lied i would never go there unless you want your credit messed up

The manager lied said she called the other tower loans they said no I called the other tower loans manager he she she never called him dropped my 700 credit 5 points and my wife's two we didn't need the money just trying to build credit I would never recommend this place ever I hope I don't see them on the road because I recognized both tags we're expired karma sucks

They will mess your credit up never go here they lie all the time I heard I found out the hard way they are thieves
