Tower Loan Rte, Lee's Summit

Well I would like to rate my experience but I'm very new to the company, I can give my opinion on the manager, she was very pleasant and took the time to listen and explain everything in detail what I need to know and she's very understanding and patient. I give her! The stars now if I'm asked to give a rating later after being with the company a while, I'd be very happy to. I'm sure my business with Tower Loan will be a smooth happy one. This company and especially this location is absolutely disrespectful & unprofessional. If you ask very good questions such as monthly payments, interest rates, etc they cannot give you any information (as they say) without being provided any personal info. When you question them like a responsible adult, they get an attitude with you and get real snippy. They also refuse to shred any personal documents even though the consumer specifically asks. Do NOT do business with this company, rather RUN away as fast as you can!

I’ve been doing business with Tower Loan for 4+ years & I will not go anywhere else!! The Lee’s Summit office treats you like you’re family. They are not pushy and give you several options on your loan term & payment amount. The lady manager has always been upfront and honest. They have never “harassed” me. I would recommend Tower Loan to anyone. I guarantee the people who left a negative review are Liberal or a Democrat & didn’t pay their bill.

The ladies in the Lee’s Summit office are always so nice and kind to me. I would recommend them to anyone. They always greet you with a smile and have a positive attitude. I got behind a month and they were very understanding. I always stayed in contact and the manager was wonderful to work with. I will definitely go back!!

Personally I’ve had an amazing run-ins with this tower loan. The manager Alli made sure I was completely taken care of. I would totally recommend to any family or friends!

They have always been super nice and respectful. I would not recommend taking out a loan with Tower because the interest rates very high, so if you do not intend to pay off the loan quickly I can see how the fees could add up quickly. Also, they send checks in the mail from time to time. Again, if you don't see the ability to pay off the loan, DON'T CASH THE CHECK! I have taken out around 5 loans with them over the last few years, but I have paid them off either within the month or before the first payment is due. They are super friendly, know me by name, and make the short term loan process quick and painless. If I'm low on cash and I am not sure if I'm going to be able to pay off the loan within a couple months, I wouldn't take out the loan. However, if you are waiting on a check or a large payment of some kind and you just need a couple thousand for a few weeks, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have taken out several loans from the Lees Summit location. I go there instead of a bank or credit union due to their customer service. The girls are always so friendly & explain every detail to me. I recommend the Lees Summit location to everyone!!

PLEASE I BEG EVERYONE PLEASE DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY. I been harassed and threaten and I have a photo to prove it. Its very unprofessional to harass me on a cell personal number. The interest rates are extremely HIGH and when they was trying to take me to court the interest rate was going up day by day which I think that is against the law. When you have a loan and its a certain amount of time that they stop the late payments. Well I went from 1200 to 2900 that I had to owe them. I am in the process of getting a lawyer of the harassment and threats I been getting for a long period of time. Yes I stop making payments due to losing my job but it doesn't give them no right to threaten and harass me, things happen!!! I'm glad I paid them off. I hope that I'm helping everyone that is reading this because I don't want no one to go through this situation,
