Tower Federal Credit Union Snowden Square Dr, Columbia

Tower’a interest rates are not competitive, whether for dividends in accounts or loan rates. They will not stick to scheduled appointment times, and don’t even have the courtesy to have a bathroom for their “members” to use while waiting past their scheduled times.

I just got a loan from Tower Federal (Columbia Brand) and my experience was really positive. My Member Service Representative was Angela Randall. She was super patient with me, as I was not well-versed in what was required for obtaining a loan (documents and such). She was also very friendly, which always makes for a pleasant experience. I'd 100 % recommend her to anyone looking for a loan or just a banking matter in general.

Not a very pleasant staff!! I walked in and wasn't greeted...however when i was at the teller and someone else walked in they were and they were of a different skin tone they were very much greeted with a smile and a welcome to Tower. Not making this about race AT ALL!! But this happened to me three times... I truly do not feel comfortable in this bank AT ALL.

I hated the service I had today, the women wouldn't say hello or look at me or tell me their names. They didn't make me feel comfortable. They also wernt really aproching things to me just speaking around me until the teller told me I owed money but didn't explain why. I didn't mind it taking a long time to get everything done. This is the first towerfedeal that I have just hated the service.

Tower is one of the greatest banks I have ever banked at. No problem, the tellers are very polite and considerate.

Sad that a credit union has 3 people inside that aren’t on the same page. Someone says 5mins the other says 30min. Someone says this and someone says that. On top of it all a snooty remark at the end of it. Stay away from this place.

Horrible experience! THEY ARE SO SLOW ITS JUST PLAIN UNSATISFYING AND PATHETIC. I HAVE NEVER WENT TO ANY OTHER BANKS DRIVE-THRU AND HAVE HAD TO WAIT 10 OR EVEN 15 MINUTES FOR BASIC SERVICE. THE BANK OF AMERICA AN MT&T HAS NEVER HAD DRIVE-THRU SERVICES THIS BAD. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO HIGHER MORE QUALIFIED PEOPLE THIS SIMPLE JOB. I DEFINITELY WONT BE RECOMMENDING THIS BANK TO ANYONE.

I genuinely enjoy the member benefits from banking with Tower. With that out of the way, I absolutely think their customer service is very poor. I can't speak to other branch locations, but banking at this location is like banking in 1992.

Always a pleasure banking here. Got an incredible car loan rate, they're quick to catch shady account activity and best of all they give dog treats if you bring doggo to the drive through:)

Outstanding customer service provided today at the Columbia location. I am not even a member but the staff I had contact with really went above and beyond to take care of me.
