Total Title has made the process for Title work on the sale of our house fabulous. It was one thing on the list I didn't have to worry about the whole team made the process seamless. This is the first home my husband & I have ever sold but not our first rodeo with doing Title work on our home. Hopefully in 3 to 4 months they will be doing the title work for our newly built home.
