This is the third time I have worked with Total Mortgage and there’s a reason why I keep going back to them! Recently, my husband and I refinanced our mortgage and Jason Alves and his team were flawless in their execution to help close our loan. The team worked fast and efficiently to get us a rate lower then we were expecting. They were there from start to finish and communicated the whole way through. Definitely would use them again.

There is no better Mortgage Expert walking this earth than Jay Alves. I recommended him to my own Mother and then her Mother (my Grandmother). He is an asset to any company. He has excellent communication skills and coordination abilities. This man has it all. I know I sound like I am being funny, but you won't understand until you work with him. The stressful experience of obtaining a mortgage during a house purchase is enough to overwhelm people.
