Shawn Presnell Branch Manager at Academy Mortgage made buying a home a pain free experience. He told us upfront based on our credit score, work history, and most recent bank statement and employment check sub if we would qualify for a home loan. Once qualified, he informed us of our purchasing power, interest rate, closing date, etc. and offered use tips on improving our credit and maintaining a good standing. The one thing I appreciated the most is that there was no "bate and switch" with the interest rates like at some of the larger well known companies. I recommend Academy Mortgage to any one who is seeking for a mortgage.
